TRACK PACKAGES

• Automatic parcel tracking is enabled by adding email addresses to the user account, allowing for seamless updates.

SEND PACKAGES

• Shipping labels can be configured by entering parcel specifics, including size, destination country, sender, and recipient information.
• An address book feature simplifies repeat shipments by saving frequently used addresses.
• Payments are securely handled via PayPal or credit card (Visa / Mastercard).
• Order confirmations and receipts are sent via email for record-keeping.
• Shipping labels can be printed at home or at a ParcelShop using mobile labels or QR codes.
• The application displays all shipping labels—active, inactive, or archived—for user management.
• Nearest ParcelShops relevant to each shipping label are identifiable within the app for efficient drop-off.

SIGN UP / LOG IN

• New users can register while maintaining access to previously generated data such as tracked parcels and shipping labels.
• Existing GLS account holders can log in (note: not compatible with GLS-ONE accounts).
• Logging out removes all local app data to ensure privacy.
• Account password management and account deletion options are available for user control.

SETTINGS
